Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been confirmed. Please ensure that all order and shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed and packed at our central Mumbai fulfilment facility within 24–48 business hours.
Estimated delivery timelines are:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days for the rest of India.
Express Shipping: The applicable delivery timeline will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery PIN code.
Same Day Delivery: Available for eligible delivery locations when the order is placed before 2:00 PM.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, logistics conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.
Can I exchange a product if I change my mind?
No. Exchanges are not offered for change of mind, incorrect selection or any other reason unrelated to verified transit damage or a manufacturing defect.
